As a chef, I have always been in awe of nature‘s gifts that bring us a wealth of flavours, aromas and experiences. Mushrooms, with their myriad variations and subtle nuances, inspire me to create dishes that celebrate their uniqueness and beauty. All month long, I invite you on a journey that combines traditional recipes with modern culinary techniques to explore new possibilities for these natural gems together. Each course has been carefully designed to bring out the flavor characteristics of different mushroom species, while providing you with an experience that is not only delicious, but memorable.
