Mushrooms are a real treasure in gastronomy. They stand out for their diversity – they can be delicate or distinctive, meaty or tender. They absorb the aromas of spices, herbs, and sauces wonderfully and can elevate even a seemingly simple dish into a gourmet experience. They are like magicians who create great flavors from very little. They are also rich in minerals and umami, which add depth to both vegetarian and meat specialties. That is why they have a place of honor in our monthly menu.
